Master Bedroom/Bath in luxury setting (temp)

I am sub-letting my master bedroom with private bath, and shared kitchen/dining and laundry, in a 2 bed/2 bath condo unit. This is available as a short/mid-term with a flexible timeline from November 2025 – March 2026 (negotiable), when I am planning to be out of the country. We are open to all situations, but an especially good match are visiting professionals or students who needs flexibility, a furnished minimalist room with TV, microwave and fridge (but we are willing to work with you if you have furniture) and will appreciate the many luxury amenities offered by the condo- nature via a lake around our unit, an amazing gym, 2 pools, 2 hottubs, 3 tennis courts, etc and the fact that we are by the bay trial.

You will be sharing the kitchen/dining area with one another long-term tenant- a young professional (late 20s) who works in the city and her two cats. Negotiable- Your well-behaved, mellow pet that gets along with others (i, e her kitties) is welcome, with an extra deposit and possibly rent. ABOUT THE SPACE:

The master bedroom (with a small kitchenette and enclosed bathroom) is in the beautiful and safe Marina Bay area of Richmond, 1.5 miles to Richmond or El Cerrito BART stations, 5 minutes to Berkeley, 5 mins to Marin, 20 mins to San Francisco (including via the nearby ferry). You will be renting a bedroom, with your own bathroom, and sharing the kitchen/dining and laundry facilities with a non-profit professional who works in the city (but works from home often). Furnished simply and comfortably - with TV, fridge and microwave- with study and concentration in mind. But happy to work with you on what you need or not. Top (2nd) floor corner unit, with lake, water, and trees on all sides. High-speed internet. Washer/dryer in unit. Abundant parking available within gated complex. No smoking of all kinds in condo (including in unit) except in designated areas. Utilities is shared and is about $100/month.

ABOUT THE CULTURE OF LIVING HERE:
Quiet, minimalist, healing, retreat-like. For the most part, we have our own lives and keep to ourselves, but are open to hanging out sometimes for a movie at home or drinks out. We do not party, drink, or do any drugs. A few close friends might visit once in a long while, but other than that, tend to think of our home as a quiet sanctuary. We would also like you to help feed the kitties if she has to leave town for a few days or so.
