We have 1 room with a large walk in closet and a deck for rent in a large house shared with 2 other male tenants who each have their own bedroom in a dormitory like setting with 1 1/2 bathrooms. The tenants have a side entrance. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in El Sobrante, close to grocery stores and shopping and is 5 minutes from Hwy 80 and 15 minutes from Orinda. The rent is $950 a month with a $1,500 security deposit for a total of $2,450 for move in costs. This is a month to month lease with a minimum of 12 months. Water, electricity and garbage are paid out of the rent. Internet is not provided

We are looking for mature, clean and quiet tenants to fit in with our 2 current tenants. They are in their late 40's and work a lot.
