The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in El Sobrante, close to grocery stores and shopping and is 5 minutes from Hwy 80 and 15 minutes from Orinda. The rent is $750 a month with a $1,000 security deposit for a total of $1,750 for move in cost. This is a month to month lease with a minimum of 12 months. Water, electricity and garbage are paid out of the rent. Internet is not provided.
