Room available in El Cerrito Hills home

Large, rowdy parties will generally not be welcome in the home as we are trying to keep it a quiet, comfortable space for those who live here and their close friends/partners. Animal lovers are welcome and encouraged! You would also be sharing the home with one cat and a snake.

About the roommates:
Tosin (current lease holder) – is a 3rd-year PhD student studying textile waste solutions and circular economy transitions in the fashion industry. She enjoys being a local tourist, taking evening walks, hiking, and dancing.
Jessica – owns Dot the snake. She plans to apply to graduate programs in conservation science this fall, and in the meantime is working remotely at an environmental testing laboratory and doing research part-time at SFSU. She likes hiking, video and board games, and exploring the Bay Area.
Nikki – is a Philippine lawyer completing her Master's degree in Berkeley. She loves music, wine, hosting dinners, and going on weekend trips; and she often steps out for a workout or for a whole day spent being a local tourist with friends. She flew into California with her male cat, Amor.

About you:
Must love animals (but we cannot add any cats as Amor LOVES people but greatly dislikes other cats). Clean, friendly, considerate, and share pride in our home. Please be respectful of shared spaces as we tend to put a lot of love and effort into furnishing and decorating them (and hopefully you help do the same). Female or genderqueer/non-binary roommates are preferred.
