All rooms are shared, except for bedrooms, including large family room with upright piano. Room for rent is 10x14 with a large closet, and has attic access for extra storage. It’s the only upstairs room, (over the shop) and has access to the bathroom without going through the rest of the house. Room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Beautiful newly remodeled kitchen with a bay view, and a large kitchen porch for outdoor dining when the weather’s nice. Fast fiber internet included. Washer and dryer in garage. House has one cat, Tommy, age 2, who is an indoor/outdoor cat. Street parking only. Street parking immediately in front of house is almost a guarantee. BART to UC Campus 9 minutes. Walk to Del Norte BART is 14min, or a 4 minute drive. 24 minute ride to campus on an ebike. Neighborhood is very safe and somewhat upscale, but not overly so. Very quiet. All the neighbors on this little section of the street know one another, and we look out for each other. Grocery outlet just down the street, Target is also close by.
