Greetings! We are looking to rent out our 3 bedroom furnished townhouse in Richmond Annex. The move-in date is somewhat flexible for the right candidate or ideally can start on Feb 1st with a minimal 3-month commitment with the possibility of long term stay for the right candidate

A clean and well maintained 3 bedrooms, 1.5 ba. furnished town-home in El Cerrito/Richmond Annex (El Cerrito Town Hall/Fire Station on San Pablo Ave. is half a block away). Shared: Medium-sized backyard with fire pit & 1 covered carport with additional street parking. Living room and full kitchen, washer & drier and Hardwood floors! Safe/quiet neighborhood, easy freeway access. 15 min walk to El Cerrito del Norte BART.

ROOM 1:
Queen sized bed, decent size dresser, and closet. This room is facing west/Marin and gets lovely afternoon sun! 15x12 size room -

ROOM 2:
Twin sized bed that opens up to a KING size. Drawers under the bed and additional closet space. Gets lovely morning sun! 12x12 in size -

ROOM 3:
The same size (12x11) as Room2, has a full-size bed, decent size drawers and closet. Gets a lot of afternoon sun and sunset views as the bigger room.

We’d ask you to keep the house in the same condition that you found it, so only clean and responsible people should inquire. Utilities are NOT included in the price AND there's one month's refundable security deposit of $2,600 at the time of departure. Look forward to meeting you!
