$1,200 / 1700ft2 - Master BR with Private Bath

Hello,

We are two friends who have been renting a house together for over 10 years, always living with a 3rd housemate. We?ve been in this house, on a hill in El Cerrito, since early 2019. The house has a big kitchen with a gas stove, washer, dryer, utility sink, and big living room area. There is a two car garage (used for storage), a driveway, and lots of street parking. We live in a nice neighborhood to walk around in, where you can see some breathtaking views of the Bay.

You would get the master bedroom with a private bathroom and two closets. We like living in a 3+ bedroom house with 3 people because then we have more space for all of us to share, beyond the privacy of our own rooms. Our friendship leads to a warm, comfortable atmosphere, which is even more important in these difficult times. This is a Covid conscious home.

The house is 1 mile from El Cerrito Natural Grocery, a quick 5 minute drive to BART, 8 minutes to all the restaurants and stores on Solano Ave, and a relaxing 13 minute ride to University Ave through the beautiful hills.

We are one female artist/teacher and one male working in renewable energy, both in our 40's. Although we are very different people, we are both interested in many things, hardworking, and open-minded. The household has a good balance of friendly and welcoming with being respectful of each other's privacy, especially after a long day at work. We are looking for one special person to join us in this comfortable house.

Move in date is flexible from November 1 to December 1.
