Home in Richmond to Share!

Hi, I’m looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with me in Richmond. It will just be the two of us. Rent is $1500 each and that includes Wi-Fi and utilities. You will have you own bathroom, living room area and bedroom. We would basically only share the kitchen and I would need access to your bathroom to do laundry once per week (washer and dryer are there). Looking for someone in their late 20s to late 30s. I’m a full-time grad student so looking for a clean, quiet person.

Also, I have a 12 year old German shepherd who is very friendly and well behaved, so looking for a dog lover who’s familiar with big dogs. Unfortunately the landlord does not want other pets. But he may be okay with caged animals such as reptiles, fish, etc. DM if you’re interested. We can schedule a time for you to come see the place.
