Walking distance to everything! About two blocks from Broadway Plaza, bars and restaurants, 15 min walk to BART, 20 min commute to Oakland, 40 min commute to the City.

Rent is $1,300.00. Utilities: (Water and Trash, Wifi, PG & E) run about $75 (a little higher for Pg&e in the summer for the A/C) per person a month give or take. Living room TV has Netflix, Amazon, HBO.

About me: female (40), super easy going, work full-time in the office. I am gone a lot, so you'd have the place to yourself. I have a small dog that pretty much goes everywhere with me including work everyday.

About you: Female preferred (since we share a bathroom), someone around my age, social, we don't have to be best friends but friendly always makes things much more pleasant. Employed full-time. Must pass a background check with the leasing office.
