The apartment is a two bedroom one bathroom about 900sqft. The room is 10'x12', unfurnished and can easily fits a queen bed, dresser and nightstand, with a large closet.

Walking distance to everything! About two blocks from Broadway Plaza, bars and restaurants, 15 min walk to BART, 20 min commute to Oakland, 40 min commute to the City.

Rent is $1,300.00. Utilities: Water, Trash & Wifi are included. PG&E is not but it's pretty inexpensive. Lately even in the summer months my bill is about $45-$50 total. Living room TV has Netflix, Amazon, HBO.

About me: female, super easy going, work full-time in the office. I am gone a lot, so you'd have the place to yourself. I have two small dogs that pretty much goes everywhere with me including work everyday and with me when I am gone.

About you: Female preferred, social, we don't have to be best friends but friendly always makes things much more pleasant. Employed full-time. Must pass a background check with the leasing office.
