Wood burning fireplace, regular maintenance, creek running below, huge, brand new wrap-around deck, walking distance to BART, groceries, restaurants, parks, post office, etc. 🚅
The room is small, I'd guess 12x12 at the largest, but the closet space - let me tell ya! It's HUGE! (see photos) Plus, the house has TONS of additional square footage and storage. 💜
The guest bathroom would mainly be yours (I have my own). It's a full bath/shower combo and a decent size.
The kitchen is entirely new, except for the stove, which I haven't replaced since it's in perfect condition. It has a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and refrigerator/freezer. 🍳👩‍🍳
In-unit washer and dryer! 🧺
Landlord pays for water and garbage. 🗑

I am willing to get rid of some or all of my living room/dining room furniture if you have some you'd like to move in. The bedroom will be unfurnished.

My ideal roommate will NOT work from home (but, of course, will understand if this is the case), pay bills and rent on time, and respect sleeping/morning hours. I'm a night owl and a bartender some days/nights, so quiet/respectful mornings are a must. 🙏🏼 I will do the same in return.

About me: I am a single female living with my little 10lb Yorkie-Poo. This place isn't for you if you can't live with an anxious *sometimes* yappy dog. Most of the time, my dog is silent, but she does have separation anxiety and will cry when I leave. I have a Furbo, which helps me manage this. It's a HUGE plus if you're willing to hang with my doggo when you're at home, which will entirely stop any whining or crying. She WILL yap and bark whenever I return home, no matter how late- usually no later than midnight; most nights/days, I'm home much earlier than that and hope it will not disturb your sleep. She is just a little lovebug and must always be around a human to feel safe. This could entirely be a non-issue for you, but I prefer to be upfront about it!
I work part-time here and there as a bartender and part-time at home doing marketing-related computer work.
