Single adult male living with one roommate in a 4 bedroom/2 full bath, single family home in nice area of Concord. I am interested in renting another room to one person. The room has a new twin bed, dresser and desk, TV with cable, High speed internet and ceiling fan. There is a full bath adjacent to the room.

You will have access to the kitchen, living room, common areas and washer/dryer.

Off street parking. Includes access to neighborhood club room including pool, spa, tennis and basketball courts, and large Private Park.

The room is furnished and it is ready to move in 8-1-2026. Rent is $1000, first and last month required at move in. One month notice on moving out.

I am looking for a male or female who doesn't smoke or will smoke outside, no drugs, no heavy drinking you are welcome to have a friend over not permanently and no parties.
