Household looking for roommate

We are looking for a roommate to move in at the beginning of June (preferably a student or traveling nurse who wants to stay for one year).

About the space:
The room is a decent size and is part of a five bedroom house. You would have access to a shared bathroom upstairs, as well as the common areas downstairs, and the spare bedroom if you have company visiting. The room does not come furnished, it is just currently occupied, hence the photos of the furniture and clothing.

Rent: $950 for one person, or $1300 for a couple, plus utilities that are split evenly between all of us. Utilities tend to be between $120-$200 per person per month for water, PGE, garbage and internet.

About us:
We are a nerdy household and often play games together, so it is a bonus if you are too. If you are a clean freak you likely won't mesh well with us. We are a little on the messy side, but not dirty. We have two dogs, three men, and one woman (myself) living in the house (plus the one roommate who will be moving out). We are open to people with pets, but they would need to be approved by the landlord. Sorry, no tarantulas allowed.

We are a boisterous household and often have company. If you are quiet and want to keep to yourself that is completely fine, but we are all friends and would love someone who would mesh well with our dynamic.
