I am looking for a roommate for a private bedroom in my condo located at Monument Blvd in Concord.
I am a full time professional, 2 days working from home and 3 days working on site. My roommate will be a respectful and considerate professional, gone and busy working, student or both.
I want to keep our living environment clean from smoking, vaping, drugs, and pets. We can have a small party giving advance notice to each other, but no overnight guests.

About the condo:
- Rent: $950/month and $100/month for utilities (total $1,050 monthly)
- Deposit: one month rent ($950)
- Move in cost: $1,900
- Bath: Shared
- Laundry: Inside
- Parking: Available

About the area:
- Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants
- Easy access to Highway 680/4. Bus stop is cross the road
- 10 minutes’ drive to Concord Bart and Pleasant Hill Bart

About you:
- One occupant only (no couples)
- No smoking, vaping or drugs
- Pay rent on time
- Good credit score
- Good rental history
- Proof of income
- No pets/animals are allowed
- Must obtain renter's insurance.

This is a Six-month lease and month-to-month after that.
