The apartment is a two bd two ba setup. You will be renting the non - master BR. You will have a private bathroom, two closets, and sizeable room to yourself.

You will also have a reserved parking spot in the lot. So no need for street parking!

You will be living with one other person. Male, early 30’s, employed, clean, respectful, and quiet. The absolutely perfect roommate. He’s awesome! But HE DOES OWN A CAT so if you are allergic, this will not be the best setup for you.

Communal areas are the living room and kitchen. Washer/Dryer in Unit!

Single (no couples, no kids), no preference on male/female, as long as you yourself are employed, clean, respectful, and quiet.
