Hi! My partner and I (M31, F33) have a room available in our 2b2b apartment (been living here 2+ years). Looking for someone 25+ preferably. We have a 60lb, 8 yr old Golden Retriever who is the sweetest (level 5 clinger), several cats and aquariums with fish and newts so you MUST LOVE ANIMALS. The animals are fantastic and very clean; a super fun crew that you can enjoy without any of the responsibility. Unfortunately, we’d prefer to not add anymore to the current crew so no pets please.

We’re very clean and neat so looking for someone who is as well. We’re pretty chill, play video games and watch TV and YouTube, we both love to cook, I knit, read and tend home a lot, my partner likes football, wrestling, and making cheesecake. We’re pretty quiet (even the doggo, yes). We can keep to ourselves or be friends, we’re fine either way. I mostly work from home as an office manager; my partner works management in food service (not home a lot).

NOT ALLOWED = MAGA, guns, tobacco smoke in the apartment, hard drugs, excessive booziness.

APARTMENT: Large (about 1,500 sqft), ground floor, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer in unit, patio, fully stocked kitchen, central air, "utility" room off of front door, close to mailroom and property amenities.

YOUR SPACE: private bath with full vanity and bathtub, walk-in closet, large bedroom (looks smaller in photos), personal patio section directly outside your room, room is down a hall, away from everything so very private and quiet.

PROPERTY + LOCATION: beautiful pool, hot tub, gym, communal grills, parcel lockers, gated parking available, beautiful common areas, walking distance to Concord BART station, Todos Santos plaza, John Muir Hospital, and more.

INCLUDED: Internet (downloads 1.1 gbps), kitchen supplies like dish soap, detergent, clean dishtowels, paper towels, foil and more (inquire for full details - some limitations will apply).

NOT INCLUDED: Parking ($100 extra), utilities (pge, water, garbage, etc. - usually $200/month).

NOTE: you will have to apply through the property management to get approved and be added to the lease - this is non-negotiable. You’ll send the security deposit directly to my current roommate.
