Cozy Concord "Cottage"

Hi there! I have one room available in my home and looking for chill, respectful roommates who are either working full-time, going to school full-time, or doing a mix of both.

About the Living Situation:
Currently, I share the house with my roommate (22y Male who is very quiet and polite), my dog and 2 cats. My dog has had a lot of training but does need an “introduction period” to anyone knew in the house. She is very very sweet but does have some anxiety. She has had a lot of training and does best with a consistent routine, so we’ll just need to stick to a few simple rules to keep her happy and calm. The cats mostly hang out in the garage or outside and only pop inside now and then. I want my roommates to feel totally at home here—you’re welcome to use the kitchen, living room, garage, and all the shared spaces. There’s extra storage space in the garage too if you need it!

I just ask that you give me a heads-up if you’re having guests over so I can get my dog settled and make sure everyone in the house is on board. Social drinking is totally fine, but I do not allow any parties or heavy drinking here. I’m hoping to find roommates who appreciate a chill, friendly vibe as much as I do! :)
