Hi! Two women looking for a third female to join our 3 bedroom household. One smoker (she smokes outside), two cats (you barely see them) and one friendly dog. 420 is fine. The whole house is accessible, the bathroom is shared with one other person and is kept clean. Ample street parking. Fifteen minute walk to BART, five minutes drive to downtown (farmer's market on Tuesdays!). We ask for a signed agreement that you will provide thirty day notice of vacating, as well as two emergency contacts. We are a fairly quiet household, but you are welcome to have guests and really treat the house like home. Our initial in person meeting will be somewhere local and public, and if all parties agree, then we will show the house day of. Looking forward to meeting you! *please text if interested*
