The bedroom is located in a large contemporary 5 bedrooms home with fireplace, washer and dryer, and all kitchen appliances. The exterior of the house was painted last year, interior house common areas is partially furnished (common area recently carpeted). Xfinity superfast Wi-Fi throughout the whole house. Large backyard with patio set. Gardener comes every week and is included in rent. The house has A/C and central heat. The cul-de-sac has plenty of street parking! No pets. 2 miles away from Pleasant Hill Bart.

Current occupants...
Are in there 30's & 40's working semi-professionals in various industries throughout the Bay Area. They are reasonably outgoing and pretty laid-back looking for someone else with a compatible personality to share this house with.

Best fit...
Semi-professional, working full-time, non-smoking, mature, clean, respectful, and dependable. Must enjoy a clean-living environment (i. e. clean up after yourself, do not smoke in the house, and other common-sense standards). There will be a background check completed as part of the application (credit, references etc). Proof of employment and previous place of residence. Bottom-line: No smoking, no drugs, no partying, no pets, no working from home in the common areas and no overnight guests!
