I am looking for a suitable (clean, non-smoker, respectful, communicative and considerate) person (professional/student) to rent a spacious fully furnished room in my 3 bedroom/2.5 baths townhouse.

Some of the perks: own refrigerator, full use of commons, Wi-Fi, TV, laundry amenities; easy access to the Bay Point
BART station, Highway 4, Costco, Winco, Walmart, Safeway and should you use public transport, the bus stop is outside of the house. It does not m after what gender is, I just want my roommate to be comfortable.

There is also a second, smaller bedroom that may be rented in the future. If that happens, bathroom and refrigerator arrangements may change, and this will be discussed upfront.
