I am looking for a suitable (clean, non-smoker, respectful, communicative and considerate) person (professional/student) to rent a spacious fully furnished room in my 3 bedroom/2.5 baths townhouse.

Some of the perks: own refrigerator, full use of commons, Wi-Fi, TV, laundry amenities; easy access to the Bay Point
BART station, Highway 4, Costco and shopping.

There is also a second, smaller bedroom that may be rented in the future. If that happens, bathroom and refrigerator arrangements may change, and this will be discussed upfront.
