Very large sunny room, near public transportation

A bedroom big enough to be a den in a beautiful house! The bedroom is semi-furnished with a 21x36 inch tv, sofa, ottoman, area rug, and generous built-in shelves.

You would be sharing a bathroom, kitchen, laundry area, front yard, and back yard with me (Lisa, age 63), my son (Julian, age 22), and a gorgeous cat.

We live in Atchison Village in Richmond, one mile from Point Richmond. Atchison Village is safe, friendly, pleasant, and walkable.

We have off-street parking and are near good public transportation options.

Our "requirements" are pretty straightforward: No smoking, drinking, drugs, loud music, overnight guests, or drama! And of course, we would like a tenant who will help keep the shared spaces neat and clean.

Please be prepared to provide 2-3 references, first and last month’s rent, and a $450 security deposit.

Transportation information:

- A one-minute walk to a 72M bus stop.
- A five-minute drive to the Richmond BART.
- A twenty-minute drive to downtown Berkeley.
- A fifteen-minute drive to Contra Costa College.
- A thirty-minute drive to Diablo Valley College.
- Richmond Moves: A $2 ride anywhere in Richmond, weekdays, 7am-7pm.
