- Large bedroom in a very small house, but also very sunny and pretty.
- You would be sharing a bathroom, kitchen, laundry area, front yard, and back yard with me (Lisa, age 63), my son (Julian, age 22), and a gorgeous cat.
- We live in Atchison Village in Richmond, one mile from Point Richmond.
- Atchison Village is very safe, friendly, pleasant, and walkable.
- Off-street parking.

TRANSPORTATION
- A one-minute walk to a 72M bus stop.
- A five-minute drive to the Richmond BART.
- A twenty-minute drive to downtown Berkeley.
- A fifteen-minute drive to Contra Costa College.
- A thirty-minute drive to Diablo Valley College.
- Richmond Moves: A $2 ride to and from anywhere in Richmond, weekdays, 7am-7pm

REQUIREMENTS
- No smoking, drinking, drugs, loud music, or drama!
- No overnight guests.
- Must help keep the shared spaces neat and clean.
- Three references.
- First and last month’s rent, plus $450 security deposit.
