One occupant per room.

Each room includes a very comfortable Novafoam mattress, a smart TV, and a mini-fridge and microwave.

All high-speed wifi and all utilities included.

Everyone has access to shared spaces (kitchen, living room, dining room, and backyard). Light cooking, please.

$1,350 – Bedroom C has a private bathroom. Queen Bed. Deposit $1,350 (Available 1/11/2027)

$1,650 – Extra-large luxury Master Bedroom with a roomy master bath. Cal King Bed. Deposit $1,650. Additional person. Add $350/month. (Available on 4/12/2026).

Renters pay for a background check.

No smoking, no drinking, no drugs, and no party.

Overnight guest: Pay an additional $30 per person per day in advance. Must be approved verbally or in writing ahead of time.
