Hi! A great bedroom in a pet friendly townhouse is available for rent in the Sunrise Ridge HOA neighborhood in Martinez. We are located just off the 680 and 4 freeways (5 minutes to Lucky Supermarket and Walmart in Martinez, 7 minutes to the Target in Pleasant Hill). The HOA includes access to a nice pool and tennis courts. The neighborhood is very friendly and has lots of trees/green spaces.

Nestled on a cul-de-sac in a forest-like setting, the property is quiet with little to no vehicle traffic. The bedroom is part of a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse that includes full access to a spacious family room, dinning room and kitchen with high ceilings and lots of natural light. There is a large backyard ideal for social gatherings and barbecuing. There is also a balcony off the second floor living room that is great to access for enjoying your morning coffee. Storage space is available throughout the house and you will have use of the washer and dryer room located on the same floor as the bedroom.

The available bedroom is perfect for a single occupant and has a good sized closet with plenty of sun light. This bedroom is on the ground floor with an adjacent shared full bathroom and there is an additional half bath located upstairs off the kitchen.

We are looking for the right fit person who will fit in and have access to this wonderful home space! We need someone who is respectful, considerate and values good communication and a toxic-free environment. Ideally you will only have your bedroom furniture as the rest of the house is fully furnished, including the kitchen, so the less you have the better! I am more than willing to share my furniture and kitchen stuff as long as you take good care of things by keeping them clean and tidy :)

The monthly rent is $1300 plus utilities. Monthly utilities are split evenly according to the number of tenants, the split can range anywhere from around +/-$100 to $200 per person, depending on energy and water consumption. The deposit is negotiable to help the right candidate comfortably afford to move in. If you have a pup, there is an additional pet deposit which is also negotiable.
