Hello!
I am looking for a Roomate to share an 985 square foot, two bedroom apartment in Windsor. You would get your own bedroom and private bathroom. The rent for the apartment itself is $750 dollars per month. The mostly utilities for electric, gas, and internet on average come to roughly 90 dollars per month. Bringing the out the door cost to $850 per month.

The place has central air and heat, in unit washer and drier, a patio, large windows and is very quiet. The complex includes a pool and a gym. Your room has a walk in closet, massive Windows and a pretty view! The room is 12x11 and you have a 6x6 closet with lots of storage built in. I already have all the general kitchen utensils. If you have a mini fridge that would be beneficial, as the fridge itself is sorta small.

About me:
I am a 33 year old male, very easy going and laid back, into reading, philosophy, physics, spirituality and understanding this strange reality that we exist within. Conscious cocreatorrs are encouraged to apply! I am mostly clean and quiet.
