Private room, Three floor townhome in a quiet co

Hi I’m Koda! I am currently living alone (with my cat and other small animals) in this cute 1300 sq/ft, 2 bed townhome. I cannot afford the total rent alone, so looking to fill the empty bedroom! I am laid back and easy to get along with. I keep the common spaces clean and organized for the most part. I enjoy art, critters, 420, binge watching, raves, laughter filled nights in with close friends, and I lead my life with kindness, love, and positivity at the forefront. I work full time (40+ hours a week) at a dog grooming studio which is closed on weekends so I am typically home most of the day Saturday and Sunday and out weekdays roughly 7:30am until 4:30 - 6:30pm. If you are a kind and respectful individual then we will get along just fine!

Shared bathroom upstairs between the property’s two bedrooms, but three bathrooms total. New carpet, flooring, and windows. Private parking space. Cozy fenced patio and garden. Washer/ dryer included. Most utilities not included in rent. Home is furnished aside from the listed bedroom. / Lgbtq+/ pet friendly (dogs case by case). Clean and friendly atmosphere. Move in is flexible as it will begin as a sublet/ roommate change. The lease is officially up at the end of June, but I am looking to renew with a roommate who can move in before then!
