Hey I’m cooper, I’m renting out two bedrooms for $800 each. I’m a single guy, really laid back. I have a 6 year old boxer who’s extremely friendly and never barks. I mostly work (I work nights) and go to the gym, I’m honestly not home all that much as of lately. You can work on stuff in the garage, I’ve got tools, anything you need. Good sized backyard. This neighborhood is a good option if you work at DIA, that’s where I commute and it’s not bad at all (30m1ns with a $2 toll, 40m1ns without) I don’t smoke, I don’t mind if you do as long as it’s not in the house. Looking to meet some cool people and hopefully be friends and save each other some money! I wouldn’t really want to bring in any other pets at least not a dog. Preferably guys
