Utilities and Wi-Fi expenses will be shared. Optional expenses are your responsibility including pet deposit and pet fee, covered parking and upgrade Wi-Fi expenses if you're a gamer. Total estimated costs for roommate are $900 or $930 for unfurnished or furnished, respectively.
