I am renting a private furnished bedroom with own full bathroom in a 3 bedroom townhouse in a peaceful quiet residencial area close to I-25.
Near is a Target, shopping area with multiple restaurants and retail stores, near trails and lakes.
Shared areas include:
• Living / TV area
• Kitchen
• Dining area
• Laundry room
• Parking space

Rent & Costs:
• $700 per month (bedroom + private bathroom)
• $700 security deposit.
• Utilities (electricity, gas, water & trash, and internet) split 50/50

House Atmosphere:
This is a peaceful, quiet, and respectful home. I value a calm living environment and am seeking someone with a similar lifestyle.

This home is best suited for someone who appreciates a drama-free, peaceful, and orderly environment.
Background check, proof of employment, verifiable proof of income are required. References are preferred.
