1 bedroom, 1 bathroom to rent in West Greeley

DISCLOSURE- My apartment is a cigarette free zone *NO EXCEPTIONS*. Vapes are okay. Just an FYI, my apartment complex doesn’t allow weed smoking and they will do inspections if there are multiple complaints about weed oder (but there are ways around that which can be discussed when I conduct in-person roommate interviews *wink).

My boyfriend and I have an unfurnished room in my top floor (3rd floor) apartment available for rent. (Just stairs, no elevator). It gets great morning sunshine and has a somewhat decent sized closest with sliding doors. You’ll have your own bathroom with a good bit of cabinet storage and a shower/tub combo. I also have an in-unit washer/dryer so no worrying about a laundry room you have to share with the entire building or taking your clothes to a laundromat. Along with your private room and bathroom, you’ll have access to shared living space with furnished kitchen that has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher included), furnished living room with cozy faux fireplace and 65 inch TV and a balcony. The balcony is already furnished with a patio set and color changing Govee string lights for ambiance. There is no need to buy your own dishes or kitchen/living room appliances. I have ALL of the things including a Ninja air fryer, Ninja Cremie, Ninja waffle maker, Ninja coffee maker (single k-kup or basket, with non-steam frother), small espresso machine with steam frother, a big variety of Ninja Neverstick bakeware (muffin tin, round/square cake pans, cookie pan, etc..) T-Fal pots and pans, and a variety of cooking utensils. I actually wouldn’t have a lot of storage space left if dishes or appliances are brought in so I would prefer a roommate willing to use the dishes/cookware/appliances I have. I also have a moody Roomba named Rosita (if you’re a Friends fan, you’ll get the name lol) she decides when she wants to work. I have a vacuum cleaner and upright carpet shampooer to keep things nice and clean as well.
