- The bedroom is located in the basement. Bathroom and living room downstairs is sometimes shared (but there is another living room and bathroom upstairs as well). Fully loaded shared kitchen located upstairs.
- No smoking inside home or garage.
- Must be willing to sign a 1 year lease from 5/1/24 - 4/30/25
- 1 dog or cat negotiable
- Street parking only
- Access to washer and dryer
- Must pass credit check (minimum 600 score)
- Must pass background check (no felonies/evictions), some misdemeanors may qualify
- Must provide the last 2 consecutive paychecks for proof of income
- $800 deposit at time of move-in

Housemate details

Father and son living with 3 medium sized, older male dogs. Father works full time and son is on disability (mostly stay-at home type).
