I’m opening up 2–3 private bedrooms in my home in Fort Lupton and am looking for respectful, responsible roommates who are comfortable sharing a home with dogs and don’t mind a house that’s currently a work in progress.

💰 Monthly rent:
• Large bedroom: $800/month
• Medium bedroom: $700/month
• Smaller bedroom/no closet: $575/month

Utilities/Wi-Fi: [INCLUDED]

The rooms are unfurnished, and you’ll have access to the shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry, and yard.

This is a spacious older home with:
• Large kitchen and dining area
• Comfortable shared living space
• Sunroom
• Yard/backyard access
• Shared bathroom
• Laundry
• Plenty of common living space
• Convenient Fort Lupton location

Important: The house is currently undergoing flooring and yard renovations. Some flooring has already been removed, and all flooring throughout the house will be replaced. The home is livable, but it is not a freshly renovated or picture-perfect rental right now. The rent is priced accordingly.

I’ve included both older photos showing the home and photos showing what it should look like after the renovations. I will add photos of the current state once I get a chance so there are no surprises.

👩 About Me

I am a 27 year old female who works 2 full time jobs. My first job is a working with teenagers with special needs as a residential counselor. I work evenings/overnights at this job. My second job is as an Amazon Delivery Driver and I work days at this job. I love both of my jobs very much but they do take a lot out of me physically and emotionally. I am super laid back and spontaneous. I enjoy hanging out at home with my dogs when I am not working (which is hardly ever 😅). I also enjoy paddleboarding, spending time outside, and cleaning. I like to keep my areas clean and organized but I also have ADHD so things may not always be at 100% all the time, I try my best. I am all about making sure my life and my home are full of good vibes and I prioritize peace and comfortability.

🐕 About the dogs

I have 2 dogs, so this is a dog-friendly household. Because I work two jobs and am gone for long stretches, I’m specifically looking for roommates who are comfortable letting the dogs in and out of the fenced yard when they’re home during the day.

👧 About my daughter

My daughter lives out of state with her dad, so she is not living in the home full-time. She visits me during school breaks and holidays, including summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and spring break.

👤 Who I’m looking for

I’m looking for someone who is:

• Responsible and respectful
• Clean and considerate of shared spaces
• Comfortable living with dogs
• Comfortable with an imperfect/actively renovated home
• Financially responsible and able to consistently pay rent and willing to sign a lease
• Comfortable with a shared household
• Ideally someone who is home during at least some daytime hours and doesn’t mind occasionally letting the dogs outside

I’m open to different types of roommates and am more interested in finding someone who is compatible with the household than simply filling a room as quickly as possible.
