Room for rent in 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house

I’m going to start off with details about the house then I will describe myself for anyone who is interested. Rent would be $700/month plus evenly split utility bills and each person responsible for their own groceries, etc. If you wish to rent both rooms for more space I’d be willing to throw in a discount. I just prefer no more than 2 people sharing the bathroom. There will be no pets allowed as I have a female 2 year old cat who doesn’t do well with other pets. The house was recently remodeled so the carpet in the bedrooms is new and the rest of the house is either vinyl or tile. The microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer are all fairly new as well. The whole house will already be furnished except for the rooms. There is approximately 10000 square feet of yard space and a shed in the yard which can be shared. The house has central air conditioning and heating and the bathroom floor heats up. Now a little bit about myself, I work 12 hours on rotating morning shifts and I’m a 25 year old woman. I like reading, concerts, and the gym. I spend most of my days working but when I’m home I like to clean and meal prep. If you are interested don’t hesitate to reach out.
