Hey, I’m Kevin! I’m renting an upstairs bedroom in my well-kept 4 bed / 3.5 bath home in Loveland—affectionately known as Vibe City.

The house has a friendly mix of working adults who get along well and enjoy a clean, respectful, and relaxed living environment. We’re looking for another considerate roommate who cleans up after themselves, communicates well, and appreciates a quieter home. We occasionally share a meal, play board games, have a backyard beer, or head out for a hike—but this is not a party house.

👋 About the Household
I’m Kevin, the homeowner—an artist and engineer in my late 20s. I currently live in Denver with my partner but stay involved with the house, visit regularly, and handle maintenance and household needs.
The current household is two men and one woman. Everyone is independent, friendly, and respectful of each other’s schedules and space. Please note: one current roommate has a well-behaved dog that lives in the home. No additional pets are currently being accepted.

• Rent: $800/month
• Utilities and shared household supplies: approximately $100/month
• Optional garage parking: $50/month
• Available: August 14
• Lease: 12-month commitment
• Move-in cost: first month’s rent plus an $800 security deposit
• $35 background-check fee
• No additional pets preferred; no cats
