Hi! We are looking for a new roommate for our extra bedroom and bath located in the basement with a semi shared family room.

The space for rent is one bedroom, bathroom and family room on the basement level with kitchen and main living room on main floor. Furnished with bed, roku, couple other pieces and dresser. The room has a nice sized walk-in closet and is big enough for a queen bed. There is a private bathroom for the renter that no one else uses. The living room in basement level is a semi shared. It is currently fully furnished. The laundry area is located on the top level and kitchen is fully equipped.

This is a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath 3 levels with 2 living rooms and a beautiful backyard with a hot tub. Street parking in front of house.
