Im a student of Dr Joe Dispenza, so I do meditate and have attended several of his retreats.

I love opening the windows to have fresh air run through. You cant do that in TX where it's always hot!
I don't own a TV here. However, I do watch a few shows on my phone.
Im mesmerized by the nature around here, I came from a big city in TX so this is my 1st time living this close to nature, yet still in a city, LOL!
