Hello! I am looking for a roommate to rent the large downstairs bedroom/living room in the 4 bedroom home that I rent.
My name is Dan. My home is near Troutman Park.

It’s in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. I previously rented with 3 women who have moved on with their significant others. I have chosen to stay in the home as I like the area and the home.

The home is approximately 2700 square feet and includes two living rooms, dining room, big kitchen ( I likes to cook), laundry room and garage that is used for storage currently.
Central AC and heat
BBQ grill and patio
Large fenced in back yard

There is a full bathroom upstairs that will be shared with male tenant and a half bath on the main living area.
I have my own space with a bathroom.

The rent for the space is $900.00 plus split utilities

The house is Pet friendly and currently there are no pets!
