Hi!
I am looking for two roommates. I have 3 spaces to choose from!

Two nicely sized bedrooms upstairs- $800 plus shared utilities ($100-150) per month

Lease will be 9 months from October 26’ thru July 27’.
There will likely be an option to renew. Early move in is also an option, we can work out the details if needed.

This house is located in a small quiet neighborhood with easy access to Shields, Horsetooth or Harmony. Five minutes drive to Youngs (my favorite perk), five minute walk to Troutman Park (with a great walking trail).

The neighbors are all friendly and respectful. Plenty of street parking and a driveway + garage with two spots.

With 2,750 square ft. there is more than enough room for three people (including myself) and pets to comfortably live.

There is a full bathroom on the top floor (next to the bedrooms) that will be shared for showering (as well as a half bathroom on the main floor). There is also a storage room in the basement and two big living rooms + a laundry room on the main floor. A two car attached garage is included as well (not pictured).

A little about me:
I am a 33 year old IT professional with a fairly active lifestyle. Not really interested in parties or large gatherings. I have a pretty set schedule during the week where I go to bed and rise early. Most days I’m getting ready for the gym and then work from home after. I enjoy the outdoors so I tend to be out and about during the warmer weather. On the weekends you can find me meal prepping and either doing some outdoors activity or working on a project at home.
I’ve been described as calm, caring, communicative and conscious.
I highly value a clean and clutter free common area. All this means is that you clean up after yourself and take care of the house. I usually do my own thing but wouldn’t mind a buddy to go hiking or watch TV with if that’s your thing.

Please note I am not the landlord, I am just helping search for roommates. It’s a private landlord and he’s a very nice person. If everything works out, we would just want to start a group chat and discuss things/do background checks before writing up the lease!
