The basement unit you are renting is in a single family home in a beautiful family oriented neighborhood. We are centrally located to just about everything you need. The community is safe, friendly, and welcoming.

You could have access to a gated backyard and sitting area with a grill and smoker, although it will be shared. You will have off street parking with room for one vehicle. The property is well maintained and cared for and all utilities are included in the rent.

We do have a shared entrance but your turn to the basement is just a few feet from the front door.

Our family does live upstairs and that would be myself, my husband, and our two young boys. My husband works for the City of Fort Collins and is on site every day. I work from home part time and in the office part time. My two boys are in school MF and the house is usually quiet by pm. We are a kind and respectful family that is looking for a good fit in a tenant.

This is a sf basement rental with a large living room area that also has workout equipment and a treadmill, a private bathroom with quality linens, a kitchenette (yes stove but no oven or dishwasher) stocked with dishes and cutlery and all cooking appliances. A bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen tv and a washer and dryer completely private to the tenant. The space is fully furnished with some room for personal items if you wish to bring more.

Historically, we have rented to traveling healthcare professionals or people here on assignment. Minimum stay is days, will likely start with a mo lease to make sure it works for both parties with priority to extend if it is!
