About the home: Spacious, private basement includes a full bathroom, portable closet/armoire, mini fridge, microwave, and cabinet space. The basement will be unfurnished. The full kitchen is on the first floor of the house, along with the shared living room, dining room, and a half bathroom. The in home washer and dryer is available on the second floor of the house. We have a small gym set up in the garage as well.

The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, located near the King Soopers on Drake and Timberline. There is a bike path and trail right behind the house and a community garden close by. Transfort bus stop is a very short walk from the house. The neighborhood has a lot of families and friendly neighbors.

About us: We are brother and sister, full time student and working professional in our mid 20s and early 30s. We are the home owners, so no property managers to contend with. Ideal roommate is another working professional or student. Couples are welcome. New roommate(s) must be animal friendly as we have a very sweet resident kitty, his name is Joey. Additional cats are welcome, but they must be friendly with other cats.

* Rent is $1,300.00 per month for an individual, or $1,400.00 for a couple, all utilities are included in the rent.

* Minimum 6 month lease, 1 year is preferred.

*$55.00 application fee per applicant.

* 1st month rent plus $1,000.00 security deposit is due at move in.

* Non-refundable $200.00 pet deposit per animal. No additional “pet rent” each month.
