Brand new carpet upstairs, laminate wood floors and furniture in common area, mini-split A/C, whole house furnace, bedroom ceiling fan, Cascadian hops in the yard for fall harvesting. Street is a cul-de-sac that backs up to the Lee Martinez park and the Poudre River trail system. It's about 1 mile by bike/ walking to CSU, the MAX is 2 blocks away. Non-smoking household (420 included- outside only). Required background check.
