Walk to CSU Health & Medical Center~ A house with a backyard. Sunny & cool garden level basement apartment with private bedroom and shared bath. One other tidy & quiet female housemate hardly ever home.

Close to bus stop, scooters and bikes available for rental very close by. Walkable area with lots of great places to eat. Lots of Parks and trails can be accessed a block away. Map is not exactly correct. Can share more when we chat on the phone. Shed storage for a bike. Driveway parking. Washer and dryer on site. Weekly dairy delivery if you care to join in ordering that. Garden with tomatoes and potatoes etc. A plant lover for sure.

Working health~nut and mature professional who works (a lot) and has a cat who stays in her part of the house. I am allergic so I am not one to have her roam. No more pets as the house as it’s simply not big enough. : ) The home is kept very tidy and organized. Hoping you are like that as well.
