Looking for a roommate!!!

Hello! My roommate and I are looking for someone to move in to the master of this 3 bedroom 1 bathroom cute house on Prospect, very close to the CSU campus! We do have two pets in the house (1 dog and 1 cat—both very friendly and social) but unfortunately because it is a smaller house there is no more room for additional animals. We are 21(F) and 23(F) and we love reading, cooking/baking, coffee, and spending time outside. As roommates we value good communication and (relative) cleanliness 🙂 The available room is the primary bedroom with hardwood floors and a window AC unit. Rent is 800 (not including utilities, with is about 860 total), and the lease starts August 1. There is a large partially shaded backyard, it’s about a 10 minute walk to CSU, and the spring creek trail is also close by if you’re into running/walking/biking. There is also plenty of free driveway parking if you have a car. Please message if you’re interested!
