Welcome! We have a private basement available in our bilevel home, located just minutes from Horsetooth Reservoir and Spring Canyon Park.

The entire downstairs living area is yours and includes:
• Private bedroom
• Private bathroom with shower
• Private living room area
• Fullsize fridge
• Microwave
• Hot plate stove
• All utilities and Highspeed internet included

You are also welcome to use the upstairs kitchen! The hot plate is just there in case you'd like to cook in your own space. Shared areas include the entryway, kitchen (if you choose), and laundry; otherwise, the downstairs is your own private space.

A little about us: My husband is a military veteran and works as a driver for a local cement company. I am currently attending school online for my bachelor's in cybersecurity and work from home. We have one child, a very calm Husky, a goofy Lab, and an old kitty.

We are a laidback, nerdy household that enjoys gaming (like Marvel Rivals or board games), watching science TV shows and movies, and spending time outdoors.

Smoking is allowed only outside or in the garage.

***You may have noticed the twin bedframe there; I'll be removing that if you don't want to use it. I kept it there to help showcase the space available in the room. ***

We are looking for someone who will be a good fit for our home and respectful of shared space. Military veterans are welcome! We are a quiet household, with no loud parties or frequent gatherings. Thank you for your time and consideration!
