Hi! I'm a 37-year-old female looking for a roommate starting around August (move-in date is flexible). I share my home with Harrison, my sweet 8-year-old small dog, and we're located in the Sidehill Condos near Timberline and Drake.
I'm hoping to find a graduate student or working professional who enjoys a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to call home. This would be a great fit for someone who appreciates a quieter lifestyle, is respectful of shared spaces, and loves having a dog around without the responsibility of owning one. Storage is somewhat limited, but you'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom to make your own.
Harrison is hypoallergenic, non-shedding, and loves people. He's a friendly little guy who brings a lot of personality and warmth to the home and will always greet you when you come through the door! He's been the only dog in the household his whole life, so I'm looking for someone without pets.
The shared living spaces are fully furnished, including: Living room Dining area Kitchen appliances Dishes and cookware Your bedroom and private bathroom will be unfurnished.
A Little About Me: I work remotely from home full-time and enjoy keeping my home clean, cozy, and relaxed. I've lived here since 2015 and truly love the neighborhood.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me reading, listening to true crime podcasts, watching a good TV series (I have just about every streaming service!), spending time outside, walking Harrison, relaxing on the patio with a drink, or enjoying the community pool during the summer.
I'm pretty low-key and don't have people over very often beyond the occasional friend or family member. I'd love to find someone with a similar lifestyle who's easygoing, considerate, and enjoys having a peaceful home to come back to at the end of the day.
Community Amenities: Community pool Open parking directly in front of the condo, + designated covered parking spot Outdoor storage closet on the back patio
Additional Details Move-in date: Hoping for early August. Rent does not include utilities. Utilities (electric, gas, and internet) typically run about $55–$100 per person each month, depending on the season.
If this sounds like it might be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you! Please send me a little information about yourself, including your age, what you do for work or school, and a few things you enjoy doing in your free time. I look forward to hearing from you!
