Our basement apartment, measuring around sq ft, includes bedroom, bathroom, and a spacious living area. It's equipped with modern amenities like HVAC ( year around air conditioning and heater) and safety features (childsafe outlets). Tenants also enjoy the use of a private yard and separate entry. The property is located behind Discount Tire on South College Avenue in Fort Collins, close to Werner Elementary School. The house is divided with us residing on the upper two floors and the basement being offered for rent. As we are often living in Estes Park for business, we are looking for reliable individuals to occupy the basement apartment.
