One Bedroom with Private Bathroom

Hello! I am a 37 year old female living with my 8 year old small pup. We are looking for a roommate starting around beginning of August (move in date flexible). We are located in the Sidehill condos that intersect Timberline and Drake.
Ideally looking for a graduate student or young professional who would appreciate the quiet space, a minimalist who doesn’t have a lot of things (storage space is limited however your bedroom and bathroom will be unfurnished), and someone who loves dogs, but doesn’t have any pets of their own.

My pup prefers to be the only dog of the house, and is hypoallergenic and non-shedding for those with allergies. I have horrible allergies myself, and he doesn’t bother me at all if that is any reassurance!

I have everything you need when it comes to kitchen appliances, dishes, furniture in the shared spaces, etc.

About me: I work at home remotely full-time, am relatively clean, quiet, and respectful. I have lived in this condo since 2015, and absolutely love it!
I love to read, listen to true crime podcasts, binge watch good shows (we pretty much have all the streaming services), be outside, I walk a lot, drinks on the patio, and swimming in the pool during the summer!

I don’t have a lot of visitors regularly, maybe a friend of family member every once in a while. This is out of respect for who I am living with, because it is a small space, and ideally I’d like to live with someone who is similar.

Your room/bathroom will be unfurnished. There is a pool, open parking in front of condo and extra storage outside on the back patio.

*No other pets, Harrison does best if he's the only doggie in the house.

*Rent listing price doesn't include utilites. Ranges from around $90-$120ish per person depending on the time of year. This includes electric, gas, and internet.
