Hey all! We are looking for young christian men to join our house. We have 4 rooms available in a spacious shared home in Fort Collins! Current Housemate: 22 yo male professional working M–F, 7am–4pm. No pets allowed, and we're not into parties, excessive drinking, or any substance use (even legal). It's a pretty chill and easygoing environment.
Available as early as June 15
• 1-year lease
Pricing:
• Main level rooms (2 available): $700/month – shared bathroom
• Lower level rooms (2 available): $900/month – great natural light, large closets, shared Jack & Jill bathroom
• Security deposit: equal to one month’s rent
• Must verify income or have a co-signer
• Utilities split between 5 roommates
