House located in southern Fort Collins near Horsetooth and Timberline. Looking for an LGBT friendly housemate. There are currently 3 housemates, one lives in the basement and never uses the kitchen. Would prefer a woman or non-binary roommate, trans women included. Smoking of any kind not allowed in the house due to smell, but edibles are fine. Must be okay living with alcohol. Street parking, garage parking can be negotiated. We have both a living room and den. Bathroom will be shared with just one other person. The spare room has dorm style furniture, but can be emptied.
