I am looking to sublease my room in a beautiful 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome. Including myself there are 3 girls who live here. We value common courtesy, cleanliness, and overall respect of boundaries. Ideally I would like to rent out my room by the beginning of June, but I am open to any date that might work for you! It would be a sublease situation and there is an option to sign on for a full term lease starting August 1st! You would be sharing a bathroom. There is a laundry room, garage, and basement that is perfect for storage. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The landlord does require a background check.
