Master Bedroom with full private bathroom

We are looking for a third roommate to sign a 1-year lease in the apartment we currently live in. There is a dog who lives in the apartment, so you must be dog friendly, but we are not looking to add additional pets to the apartment. The living room is fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave) and shared dishes/cutlery. The bedroom will be empty upon arrival. You will have a large bedroom with a fully private bathroom/shower with large windows overlooking a green area. There is a parking lot at the apartment with no additional cost for a parking pass.

Ideal applicants will be stably employed and live during ‘regular’ hours – the apartment is generally quieter from ~10 pm to 6 am within reason. Current occupants are two men age 25 – 30 who work during typical business hours/days. Please reach out with any questions you have, and information about yourself if you are interested.
