Looking for a female to take over my lease in a 3 bed 1.5 bath duplex. The lease will go til the end of June with option to renew. There will be one sweet medium size dog and one sweet cat. A dog that is good with both would be considered and potentially a kitten but no full grown cats. The room is large and has private access to a bathroom. You would have your own sink and toilet and then share the shower. It is right off the power trail and in a nice safe neighborhood, great for biking or walking a dog. Other roommates are super sweet and quiet, we all do our thing for the most part.
