Shared spaces include a large living area with a balcony, dining room, kitchen, and laundry.
Utilities are included in the rent. (Heating/Air, electric, internet, water, sewer, and trash)

I am a female CSU student looking primarily for a female roommate. I appreciate someone who can pay the rent on time and cleans up after themselves. I like to keep my place as clean as I can, but sometimes I end up leaving a few things laying around for a day before picking them up. I also have a medium-sized dog.
